Becoming pregnant with my first child was a major turning point in my life and ultimately gave me the push I needed to step into my entrepreneurship era.

I wish I could have gotten more information about natural birthing methods and been more confident in my choices. I planned to have a natural water birth, but lack of resources and support in my decision discouraged me from going through with my plan. The rest of my labor and delivery experience was not at all what I expected. Unfortunately, this played a major role in my postpartum depression. After much reflection I chose to channel my energy into helping those who may be faced with the same uncertainties. My goal is to provide young, minority, first-time, single mamas, or even families who just need a little more support, with the tools they need to feel confident entering parenthood; in hopes of reducing the chances of postpartum depression. Together we’ll explore self love/care, partner/family support, calming techniques, holistic alternatives to western medicine, healthy transitioning, goal planning, postpartum after care and so much more!
